Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram celebrity was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley does not talk about her grandparents, however her grandmother who was a well-known bodybuilder in the 20s and 30s, is credited with inspiring her fitness passion. Ashley was always active. When she was four, she started to swim and did it for about 10 years. It is believed that Ashley participated in many various events. However, she did not devote herself to enough, as she wasn't willing to adhere strictly to the strict rules of diet so her body would function at the best it could. Even though she gained some acclaim during her teenage years predominantly due to her beautiful physique and attractive appearance but we don't know if there was anyone around her at this point. When she graduated, Ashley did not decide to enroll in college, but instead pursue her dream of becoming a fitness model. Ashley discovered that she wasn't happy with the way her body looked when she turned 15. Encouraged by her grandfather she started going to the gym. She followed the advice of her grandfather and began gradually. What she did not know was that she was about to spend the next nine years shaping her body and gradually becoming a fitness celebrity. Ashley was motivated by her success and competed at into the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She placed 7th and felt compelled to train to be better. Ashley was back at the 2014 WBFF World Championships where she took 5th place. After the competition was over, Ashley made the decision that she did not want to compete. While competing, she received offers for photoshoots but she was not looking to mix careers. When she decided to quit, however, she made the choice to be an actress. A popular fitness mag published her as a cover model and immediately started a career for fitness models. She has since been a highly sought-after model and has appeared for many bikini brand names and globally renowned companies in the clothing industry.
